Key Details: The Port Colborne Library is dedicated to providing the highest level of library services, materials, and facilities possible with the resources available to meet the informational, educational, and recreational needs of all citizens of Port Colborne. This Public Library Project has a custom OPAC station on the end panels on the shelves and a custom CD unit. The colours of this Public Library has been dedicated to the natural elements supporting the Marine theme of the Town.
